Edit borders.

How to use it. Grab handles appear for the page edge (the paper

size), the margins and the sub-canvases. Grab the page edge to see

standard sizes and snap to them; choose which standard sizes appear as

snap guides.

What to expect. Showing the handles is screen-only, but dragging a

border changes the printed layout.
