Rulers, crosshair and magnifier

The aids.

• Ruler — millimetre rulers along the top and left of the chart. The
  
  left ruler counts from the first row, as the Title and legend positions
  
  do.
• Crosshair — tracks the cursor against the ruler. Ctrl+Alt+X
  
  turns it on and off.
• Magnifier — a circular lens that follows the cursor and shows the
  
  chart beneath it at 1:1. Scroll to magnify, Ctrl+scroll to resize the
  
  lens (or set Lens size), + / − to magnify, Esc to close.
  
  Double-clicking the chart turns it on too.
