Report a bug. Something not working as it should? Give a Subject,

What happened?, What did you expect to happen?, the Steps to make

it happen again and How much does this affect you?. When it

happened, your device or browser, and screenshots are optional.

Get support. Need a hand? Choose a Category (such as Getting

started, Printing and PDFs, or Importing a GEDCOM) and ask us.

What we'll attach. The form lists what is sent with your request, such

as this TreeLine and its settings. A selected person is sent as an

identifier, not their name.

Following it up. Each request gets a reference. Follow it, and read our

reply, in My support requests.
