Undo and Redo

How to use it. Press Ctrl+Z (⌘Z on a Mac) to undo, and Ctrl+Y

or Ctrl+Shift+Z to redo. After a move, right-click also offers

↩ Undo at the top of its menu.

What it undoes. Changes to the chart, such as moving people, growth

changes, hiding or showing people, and how Events are drawn. Each is one

step. The messages after a move tell you when Ctrl+Z puts it back.

While typing. In a text field, Ctrl+Z undoes your typing instead,

not the chart.

On a Wedding. Undo move and Redo move are also buttons under

Moving people in its Settings.

Further back. To see or return to an earlier version of the whole

TreeLine, use the History pane.
