Marriage dates and gold rings

Where to find it. Settings › Events and Marriages › Marriage

labels.

How to use it.

• Date format — As recorded, or a fixed form such as

06 Oct 2026, OCT 2026 or just the year.
• Gold rings — draw the marriage rings in gold.

What to expect. A caption you have typed yourself is never changed,

and a date recorded less precisely is never made more precise: a marriage

recorded only as a year stays a year.
