Move up to prior
Where to find it. Right-click a person › Arrange › ⇧ Move up to
prior. With several people selected, it moves the selected block.
What happens. The topmost person moves up so they sit just below
their prior sibling, or their parent if they have none.
Not what you wanted? Ctrl+Z puts it back.
