Where to find it. Right-click the year ruler › Scale.

The choices. Fit to paper, or a fixed 10, 20, 30 or

40 mm / decade, or Custom… for an exact number of millimetres per

decade.

What to expect. On a fixed paper size a chosen scale is capped so the

chart never runs off the page. Fit to paper restores the fit.
